Renee Kathleen Zellweger, was born in Katy, Texas on April 25 of 1969. Her mother, Kjellfrid (Andreassen), is a former nurse and midwife from Norway, Kven (Finnish), in addition to being of Swedish and Norwegian descent. Emil Erich Zellweger is her father. He is a Swiss engineer. The couple was married in 1963. Renee is a sister to a brother called Drew Zellweger, a marketing executive who was born on the 15th of February 1967.
