Annie Wersching was born March 28th 1977. She is an American actress. Her roles include Renee Walker on the American television show 24. Motion recording and voice work were also used for Tess in the videogame by Naughty Dog The Last of Us. Wersching was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised there. She graduated in 1995 from Crossroads College Preparatory School. As a child she was a competitive Irish dancer as well as a member of the St. Louis Celtic stepdancers. Millikin University awarded her a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre in 1999. Wersching began her acting career through a guest appearance on the show Star Trek: Enterprise, before moving on to appearances as a guest star on shows such as Charmed Killer Instinct, Supernatural as well as Cold Case. From March through November 2007 she played the recurring role of Amelia Joffe on the ABC Daytime soap show General Hospital. Also, she has been in theaters like Victory Gardens and Marriott Lincolnshire. In 2014, she was a regular on the debut season of the Amazon Prime crime show Bosch. Wersching was a catcher on the National League during the 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends, Celebrity Softball Game and 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends. Wersching was also the voice of Tess in The Last of Us on PlayStation 3. Geoff Keighley teased Wersching's character via Twitter before her appearance was revealed in the Spike Video Game Awards trailer that was shown on the 7th of December, 2012. Wersching is set to play the Borg queen in Star Trek the second season of Picard, which will premiere in September 2021.
